Invix Privacy Policy
How personal information is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected, including user rights and protections for minors.
Shenzhen Invix Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "Invix") values the protection of your personal information and privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information and describes the rights available to you.
Scope
This Policy applies to all services you use through the Invix app, including fund and ETF information lookup, AI assistant conversations, saved items, and simulated allocation features.

We collect the following categories of personal information only as necessary to provide product features:

| Saved items and allocations | Personalized features | Saved funds and simulated portfolio allocations |
| Device information | System stability | Operating system, device model, crash logs, and operation logs |
| Voice input information (iOS) | Converting speech you actively provide into text for the AI chat composer | Microphone audio captured during voice input and the resulting transcription. |
| Clipboard information | Supporting text copying, pasting, and accessibility interactions | Description metadata, such as whether the clipboard contains text available to paste and its content type; and the content you choose to paste when you actively perform a paste action. |
| Preferences and profile information | Tailoring features and helping the AI assistant provide more relevant responses | Investment preferences you actively enter or generate in the app, such as investment horizon, risk tolerance, and liquidity needs |
| Holdings and portfolio information | Displaying and analyzing holdings and portfolios and helping the AI assistant provide more relevant responses | Holdings, transaction records, cost information, performance, portfolio weights, watchlists, and notes that you actively enter, import, synchronize, or maintain |
| Personalized AI context | Improving the relevance and continuity of AI responses | Account settings, preferences, holding or portfolio information, and interaction summaries related to your current question |
We do not collect personal information unrelated to the services.
Clipboard Use
To support text copying, pasting, and accessibility interactions, the app's UI framework may call system interfaces when you use text input and related features to query description metadata, such as the clipboard's content type, to determine whether text is available to paste and offer the corresponding action. These metadata queries are different from reading the actual text on the clipboard.
When you actively perform a copy action (such as tapping to copy an AI response or long-pressing a fund code or UID), we write the corresponding content to the system clipboard. When you actively perform a paste action, the app reads and inserts the corresponding content at your chosen input location. If you subsequently submit that content (for example, by sending a message to the AI assistant), it is processed for the purposes and in the manner described for the relevant feature in this Privacy Policy.
Voice Input and Permission Purposes
In the iOS AI chat, voice input is an optional way to enter text. Audio capture starts only after you actively start voice input and grant both microphone and speech-recognition permissions. You can stop recording at any time. Each recording is limited to 60 seconds, and recording is cancelled when you leave the chat view. Recognized text is placed in the composer for you to review, edit, or delete; voice input does not send messages automatically.
Speech-to-text uses Apple system speech-recognition frameworks, preferring on-device recognition. The system may download recognition models when required models are not installed. The compatibility recognition path also requests on-device recognition, but support depends on the device and language; when on-device recognition is unsupported, audio may be processed by Apple online speech-recognition services. Model downloads and submitting a conversation to the AI assistant are separate processes.
The app's transcription module does not save original recordings as files, actively upload audio or unsubmitted transcriptions to our servers, or include their content in analytics. When you tap Send, the text you confirm and submit is processed as AI conversation content, including generating responses and saving chat history, under this Policy's provisions on AI interactions, storage, and third-party processing.
| Permission | Purpose and when requested | Effect of refusal or withdrawal |
|---|---|---|
| Microphone | Requested when you actively start voice input, to capture audio for that input. | Voice input is unavailable; keyboard input and other features that do not require this permission remain available. |
| Speech recognition | Requested when you actively start voice input, to convert speech into text using Apple system speech-recognition services. | Voice input is unavailable; keyboard input and other features that do not require this permission remain available. |
You choose whether to grant these permissions and can disable or re-enable them for the app in system settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed with your authorization.
