Invix User Agreement
Terms covering the service, account responsibilities, intellectual property, risk disclosures, service changes, and dispute resolution.
Welcome to the Invix app (the "Platform"). Before using the products and services provided by the Platform, please read and fully understand this Agreement, especially the provisions concerning disclaimers, user obligations, and dispute resolution. By selecting agree or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you understand and accept all terms of this Agreement.
1. Services
The Platform is operated by Shenzhen Invix Technology Co., Ltd. and provides registered users with the following principal services:
- Fund and ETF information lookup and display;
- AI-assisted questions, answers, and analysis based on public data and on preference, holding, transaction, and portfolio information that users actively save or provide in the app;
- Saving and tracking funds selected by the user;
- Simulated fund portfolio allocation, which is not a personalized investment advisory service.
These services rely on public information and user interaction records. The Platform does not guarantee that the information is accurate, complete, or current, and the services do not constitute investment advice or securities trading advice.
When a user actively enables a relevant feature and provides the corresponding data, the Platform may read preference, holding, transaction, and portfolio information related to the user's question to generate more relevant AI responses and auxiliary analysis. These features remain information services and supporting tools only. They do not constitute personalized investment advice, an earnings promise, or a securities recommendation.
2. Registration and Account Management
- Before using the Platform, users must register, sign in, and complete verification using their own valid mobile phone number.
- Users are responsible for safeguarding their account and verification codes and are legally responsible for activity conducted through their account.
- Users must provide truthful, lawful, and accurate information and update it promptly when it changes.
3. User Conduct
Users must not engage in any of the following conduct while using the Platform:
- Violating applicable laws, regulations, public morality, or public order;
- Uploading, distributing, or generating unlawful or inappropriate content involving violence, pornography, discrimination, or gambling;
- Using technical means to interfere with normal operation, including server attacks or automated data scraping;
- Impersonating the Platform or another person, fabricating facts, or misleading others;
- Any other conduct that may impair Platform security or the lawful rights and interests of users.
If a user violates these standards, the Platform may suspend or permanently disable the relevant account and cooperate with competent authorities as required by law.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
- All interface designs, text, graphics, data structures, algorithmic logic, marks, and other content displayed on the Platform are protected intellectual property of Shenzhen Invix Technology Co., Ltd. or the relevant rights holders.
- Without authorization, users may not copy, scrape, distribute, modify, resell, or commercially exploit such content in any form.
- Users retain rights in lawful original content they upload, while granting the Platform permission to use that content reasonably to provide the services.
5. Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer
- Fund, ETF, and other product data displayed by the Platform comes from public sources and may be inaccurate because of delays or errors in third-party sources.
- AI-generated content is based on user input and language-model inference. It does not constitute investment advice, a securities recommendation, or legal advice. Users must make decisions using their own independent judgment.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is not responsible for direct or indirect losses arising from use of the services, including investment losses or unmet return expectations.
6. Service Changes, Termination, and Restrictions
- The Platform may adjust, change, suspend, or discontinue some or all service features as its business develops and will provide advance notice through in-app announcements or similar means where appropriate.
- If a user violates applicable law or this Agreement, the Platform may suspend or terminate service at any time without liability, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Amendments and Effectiveness
- The Platform may revise this Agreement in response to legal, regulatory, or operational needs and will notify users through announcements, pop-ups, or similar means;
- A revised Agreement takes effect on its stated update date. Users who do not agree should stop using the Platform; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- The formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China;
- Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement should first be resolved through consultation. If consultation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the People's Court of Nanshan District, Shenzhen.
